Why did they remove the possibility to see ongoing tables on PokerAtlas? We shouldn't have to call to know if there is a game or not. This is the worst business decision I ever saw...
Dealers are clearly new to poker and will have to improve overtime. Most floors are ungrateful and lack any customer service skills.
Lights over the table are way too strong, giving me headache. Servers can't accept chips so you need to pay with cash or card for any drinks and food.
