Only options in Albuquerque are sandia and isleta...sandia is much larger and has more games and daily tournaments. Dealers are good. Drink service is OK, solid for the most part. It's a nice, clean room.
I've struggled with the unpredictable play of the locals lol. Lots of 1/3 players calling $25 to $35 bets with bottom pair and a gut shot draw, others who raise 15 BB preflop with AK or JJ. Players in ABQ seem to chase draws and go all in preflop a lot more than other places I've played. Opportunity to value bet a lot of pots when you've got a hand, but you're gonna get sucked out regularly. Just don't be surprised when someone calls half their stack to chase a draw then catches their straight on the river.
