One star is generous, given that it smells like cigarette smoke more than any other poker room I've played in. Anyways - so tonight, I won a small high hand after playing about 8 hours, for 15 minutes waiting to be paid, I compulsively counted my chips as I was planning to leave after it held up. I play full time and know how much my stack is every single hand and how much I'm in for which never is that much because I crush the games. I had 8 greens chips and then the rest in red, totaling $440 or so in $1-2. Get up to get my high hand money, because floor didn't come over to pay me. Was gone for 10 minutes maybe, I get back, guy to my left who was there for a few hours, is gone, and I immediately tell the dealer I am missing 4 green chips. He says it's not his problem, and to call the floor. Really? That's the dealers response? I say look at the footage to the floor, they don't look at it but have security tell them there is nothing wrong. I go find the time stamp where the player next to me got up to leave, and you will probably see him take 4 greens off my stack, because the green chips were to the left of the red and he can very easily put them in a rack while hes racking his own chips up, and it's done very stealthily. Floor says security said nothing was taken out of my chip stack. 100% this happened. If I can recall hundreds of hand histories I've played, I can remember how much money was in my fricking stack when I get uo from the table. So I google stuff on 2 + 2, and lo and behold, casinos "are not responsible if this happens" at many rooms, because it has happened according to some posts. I asked the floor to show me the footage and they wouldn't do that. Don't even go out of their way to look at the footage themselves.
