Management stepped us and took total responsibility for the floors error. First room i've seen take blame for a mistake and try to pass it off on someone else. Thanks Ross for reaching out and taking care of this
Sorry for your experience. We don't get it right every time and in this instance we had compounding mistakes. Our dealer made a mistake not throwing out an all in button and our floor person made a bad call. We blew it, and we'll correct the problem.
Our understanding is that we issued you a refund to make up for the mistake, but we'd love another opportunity to make it up to you.
