I had a floor person tell me once " Management hates poker, they wish you guys would just shut up and go lose your money in a machine."
The following story encapsulates the incompetence and the lack of empathy for it customers. A player we'll call him Sony Z. (To say that Tony....oops I mean Sony is good for the game is like saying sunlight is good for grass.) made a straight flush using just one of his hole cards. They have a jackpot for making a straight flush but you have to use both cards. They paid him his $575 after verification from the dealer, the floor person, shift supervisor, compliance and the eye in the sky. I figure that 5 or 6 people had to screw up for Sony to get paid. A few days later they realized the error and asked Sony for the money back. When he refused they banned him. Free the Mamba!!!!!!! I do have something good to say about the Eagle; they have good soup. So in conclusion.... If you like being treated like a dog and like soup the Soaring Eagle is for you.
