Was in 75% of my 500$ buy in on a PLO pot.
Dealer calls showdown. I lay my hand flat on the table. Turns out the button still had option to check or raise. He raises, I obviously am upset about this. They give me the option to call "Table flaw" I call said table flaw. Table manager comes over, hears what happens and says hand is still live. You can guess what happened next. Should've been money back at that point due to dealer error, but no. Sickening when you're down and out due to the house and they don't fix the issue at hand. Had similar issues at other houses and wanted bent over like this situation. Go somewhere else if you don't want to lose to the house errors.

Hey Coins,
Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear about your experience, as we understand how frustrating situations like this can be, especially in a large pot. Based on what you described, this ruling would fall under maintaining the integrity of a live hand, but we take dealer errors seriously and will review this internally with our team. I’d appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly and go over the details. Please reach out to me at Joe D, [email protected]
