I've done everything in my power to give this room a chance. I've put up with incompetent dealers, front desk associates who ignore me, horrible floor decisions, and the tournament cheats. Yesterday was the final straw. I sit playing cash and some floor guy taps me on the shoulder, which is strike 1. There is NO REASON for anyone who works here to ever touch me. Period. Disrespectful from the jump. Dude then says, " you can't wear AI Glasses here". Mind you people literally prop phones up on the rails here and play cards.
He is referring to the Ray-Ban Meta glasses that I wear EVERY DAY. If they are being used in any way to record, a bright @#$% light comes on and the entire world knows you are recording. I rarely ever record, and basically have prescription headphones that allow me to hear the entire table and my music at the same time.
"Banning" something because it has a camera is stupid. Every phone has a camera, yet people stay on those phones. Phones also have range charts, solvers, and other methods that people use CONSTANTLY to cheat at the cash games and tournaments. Zero regulation on that, but ignorance of technology and a complete lack of understanding has me being told MID HAND that I can't wear my glasses at the table.
I said whatever, log me out, and I'll await my refund for all pre-purchase time. I have 2 pairs of glasses, both prescription, both Meta Glasses. Any actions LITERALLY require a voice prompt and an obvious light. It's utter ridiculousness. TCH needs to refund my money for my time, and my membership since I am being discriminated against for not owning the brand of glasses they want me to wear.
Maybe if you spent this much time training your staff would non how to look for the actual cheaters in your building, the room would be aight. Instead you have dealers working together, literal collision and the worst excuse for a big card room in Texas. I will only return to get my money. I'm just done dealing with stupidity from these pay
