Running a promotion today totally unprepared. Dozens of players waiting but not enough dealers. TCH losing hundreds of dollar an hour with players sitting around waiting to play. I've been waiting 2 hours to play. How about offering dealers double time to come in
and deal? Maybe I should play somewhere else.

Hey Charles, First, I want to sincerely apologize for your experience that day. We made several changes to the room as we prepared for the upcoming WSOP events, including adding additional tables and rearranging the floor. Unfortunately, the transition created a more chaotic environment than we intended, and we clearly fell short in getting players into games quickly.
We take that feedback seriously. Since that day, we’ve already made adjustments to the layout and operational flow to ensure the room is more organized, more comfortable, and better prepared to handle larger turnouts.
