TCH should treat every players with respect and equality. We all pay for the same membership and hourly play and dealers, floor lead and management team are not allowed any special treatment or favortisim toward any players over others. You can not just put a person that you know well or a friend or family members ahead of the waiting list or let some body take a seat who have not even on the premise yet while other members already on the waiting list for hours already. This a bad practice and unfair for others and hopefully will not happen again.
