One of the worst experience. I will not be visiting this club again! I had money on table and on my account to cover the hourly seat rental. I was asked to leave the club because I left my seat for 25 min even though their rule clearly states my seat will be safe for 1 hr. Then the management had the audacity to accuse me of being sick without even looking at me? What are they playing doctors now? My temperature was checked when I entered the establishment about an hour before. I was NOT sick and I would never stick around or even go to a place like this if I felt sick with all that is going around! I usually double mask when I even go play poker because I take health seriously! I even talked to manager Victor regarding the matter. He said he would investigate the matter and ask the night manager and security guard to apologize for humiliating me. I did absolutely nothing wrong to deserve that treatment! I even demanded refund for the prepaid time and membership fee. They refused! I gave them over a week to get back to me but noone reached out to me. They seem to not care about their players. I understand they are currently a monopoly in Dallas but I guess I will wait to play poker again once 52 social opens door or drive up to the casinos. This business will not survive because customers WILL STOP COMING! You just lost a great customer and an action player.
