Just down the block from Prime Poker is Houston's newest room TCH Houston. They have a full bar lots of TVs and comfy chairs. The tables, 28 of them, are large and well made. No food. The bathrooms have no sinks but when you come out there's a common area for men and women to wash their hands. A little odd. Dealers are very good but most of the ones I saw today were from Dallas and will be heading back there in a couple of weeks.$40 gets you $50 time and they have free time from 9am to noon and "happy hour" from noon to 6 $9/hr. Normal time Is $12/hr. A+ on the decision not to take any promotional drop on their cash games. Management is friendly and competent. Just have to wonder how much this will water down the thinning poker scene here in Houston.
