Played a survivor tournament. They displayed a prize pool of $3100. 1-2 get $1550 each. Got down to 3 players. They allowed us to pull $500 for 3rd. 1st and 2nd get $1300. As they counted the rest it was actually a prize pool of $2400 and told us we only get $850 each. Here's where it gets f'd up. The tournament director tells the GM 3 places were supposed to get paid and they shorted 3rd place $350. The GM doesn't reach out to me to make it up. I offered to accept membership fees and time to make up for their error. The tournament director declined and didn't even pass it to the GM. Plenty of poker rooms in texas. It's a good action place but don't expect them to control the room or employees. Go somewhere else please. I will take this down if they reach out. I doubt it tho
