I have been going to this card house for a couple of years. I know a lot of the dealers by name. Service is always good.
Three days ago, I go in around 5:30 pm to play for a few hours. At 5:45, my truck was stolen. The security guards are all inside the card house and no security in the parking lot. I even parked close to the entrance.
No one from the management team helped at all. The GM told me if I needed anything he would be in his office ... after he finished his two cigs.
The only two people that even asked how things were progressing were Dealer Lance and Dealer Joe ... these two guys were great.
Security did pull the footage for law enforcement once they arrived an hour later.
Overall, they security on this day sucked and they management team does not give a F$&@ about the customers.
