The environment is laid back and chill. The staff are friendly and attentive to the players. They have self serve fountain drinks. One day playing cash I had my drink on a table behind me. Everytime I turned around it was full because a staff member kept filling it up for me. She wasn't fishing for a tip because she just kept quietly doing it without even being seen. This helped me actually win more money because I didn't have to leave the table and miss hands. She got tipped well when I left. It's the little things that make the biggest difference.
