I visit LV 4 months a year. Renting a car, just to play in Orleans. I'm a pokerroommanager in swizerland (16 tables) and a TDA member.
What I experienced the last days was no longer " my Orleans":
Dealer talking to regs while the hole 30 minutes
Floorman is not able to run the clock correctly or balance the tables.
Dealers give cards back to big blind after a fold
Dealers insisting loud and obviously wrong if the raise was complete or not. Action is going on, after insisting several times he apologizes.
The grey female dealer is organizing whatever while dealing and in an 3 way allin she insisted to put the cards where she wanted, instead of leaving the cards at the players stacks. One player insisted and she ripped the cards out of his hands.
And on and on
My homegame is organised way better.....
