Dealers harass players for money then hold it against players if they don't get tipped. Most don't say 'thank you' if they do get tipped, some dealers need to retire, and dealers have to constantly be watched to ensure the pot is divided correctly. Floor people don't care what is right for players. Legitimate play is not what this room strives for.
