I’m a local here and here are reasons to avoid Venetian :
1. They take $2 extra minimum per hand and this robs you blind of any hopeful profit long term.
2. The bad beat and high hand attracts tighter players who want to hit these promos. Also they get up and walk around for half hour and leave table 3-4 handed frequently which causes death of rake for remaining players
3. The action is worse than aria or Wynn significantly
4. Lastly. Playing here encourages other rooms to raise rake if they see the Venetian is robbing players daily and they keep coming back./ $1 comps are beyond cheap and takes forever to be able to buy a meal with them
