Nice room, but awful floor. Go to Wynn!

The new room is very nice, and the comps are great. They have some good dealers, but a couple that are incredibly bad, i.e., acting for players and not knowing fairly common rules. However, the floor, specifically Brittany, makes me never want to go there. She seems to love possessing the authority to remove players, despite them being good for the game or whether it is legitimately warranted. I witnessed her turn a fun, loose table into a boring nit-fest without adequate provocation.
I play approximately 80-100 hours a month out of town, but I have never seen someone in her position be as bad for poker players as her.
I do not expect I will return to Venetian. I will go to the Wynn and advise others to do the same.
