Structure Notes
The Tournament Prize will be one (1) direct entry seat into the $10,400 WPT World Championship Poker Tournament to be held on December 12-20, 2022. The total number of available Tournament Prizes will be based on the total number of Entry Fees received. One (1) Tournament Prize, valued at $10,400, will be generated for every 10.7 Entry Fees received (the “Tournament Prize Formula”). A Player who accumulates 240,000 in tournament chips (“The Milestone”) or more will instantly be awarded one (1) Tournament Prize. Upon verification from the tournament supervisor that the player has achieved the Milestone, the player will cease play and the total of his/her chips will be removed from play.

Other Info

General Notes
The Tournament will conclude when the number of players remaining is equal to the number of $10,400 prizes generated based on the Tournament Prize Formula, less the amount of players who have previously won the prize by reaching the Milestone. Any Tournament prize pool residual funds, less than a full $10,400 prize, will be paid in Wynn Las Vegas casino chips to the last player eliminated prior to the conclusion of the Tournament.
