Here's what happened at all the New Jersey online poker sites for the week ending 03/09!
The $25,000 Weekly Sunday Guarantee occurred on Mar. 9 with 133 players, a serious drop from last week's 171 players. The buy-in was $200 +$15, so it beat the guarantee by $6,600. It was won by CANTBREATHE, who got $7,315. Cheech1828, last week's winner, played but did not cash. juice got three straight final tables with 9th here, 3rd last week and a win the week before.
The $10,000 Weekly Sunday Guarantee, with a buy-in of $100 + $9, got 125 players, one player up from 124 players last week. It beat the guarantee by $2,500. The winner was schaf4206, who got $3,500. None of the previous few winners played this week.
Satellites are already running at WSOP-com this week in both New Jersey and Nevada for this summer's live World Series of Poker events, happening in just two months.

There were technical difficulties with the Sunday $50K on March 9 with twelve players remaining. Everyone got a 12-way split at that point; expect bwin to fix the problem swiftly and for it not to happen again.
The Saturday $10K guaranteed, on Mar. 8, got 121 players, a bit down from 127 players from the week before. The buy-in was $91 + $9, so it beat the guarantee by $1,011. The winner was ArtVandelay, who got $2,202.27.
The "Big Sunday" $10,000 Guaranteed event on 888 happened on Mar. 9, with 50 players, a decline from last week's 58 players. This means that, with a buy-in of $185 + $15, there was a $750 overlay. The tournament was won by Lucky5, who got $3,200.
Ultimate Poker runs a $20,000 Sundays guaranteed event. Last week there were 300 players for the second straight week, as word of the Noverlay promotion spreads. Everyone who played got their buy-in back as tournament dollars. And with a buy-in of $91 + $9, beat the guarantee it did, by $7,300. This time, sdari123 won and got $6,635.
Betfair Poker has not grown enough to have large guaranteed tournaments.
Player Numbers
According to PokerScout, player populations are holding steady or rising at Party, Borgata, WSOP and Ultimate in New Jersey. It's unable to measure 888's or Betfair's population.
