Bicycle Casino Details

The Bicycle Casino (fondly known as ‘The Bike’) is one of the biggest casinos in Los Angeles. With a friendly, non-smoking poker room featuring at-table food and drink delivery, few casinos provide such a welcoming reception for players. Even if you have not yet visited The Bicycle, you may have seen it on Live at the Bike — the cult Internet-streamed video of cash game action featuring amateurs and big-name professionals playing for high stakes. Returning from a hiatus in 2011, Live at the Bike is back online with regular commentary contributions from familiar poker personalities. Alongside this, The Bicycle is the home of prestigious poker tournaments, such as Mega Millions Series (January). Winnin O' The Green (March/April), CardPlayer Poker Tour (May-June), L.A. Poker Series (June), Stars & Stripes (July), Legends of Poker (July/August), and Big Poker Oktober (September/October). Although The Bike plays host to these long-established fixtures in the tournament calendar, it is a mistake to think that they are content and happy to live on their reputation. This poker room is revolutionary in being among the first to spread new forms of the game, such as Pai Gow, Pineapple, and Mexican poker. The Bike's own Mo Fathipour is the inventor of the emerging Quantum Reload tournament structure. By any standards, the Bicycle’s main poker room is very large and busy, but this does not detract from the relaxed ambience of the place. Most important, remember that chips moved beyond the clear white commitment line are counted as binding bets. In terms of more luxurious features, the Bicycle offers valet or self-parking in two expansive parking lots. New visitors can immediately sign up for free to The Bike’s Players’ Club, which promises free meals to players who sit for three hours or more in a continuous session. The Players’ Club also grants you access to the daily, weekly, monthly, and aforementioned major tournaments hosted at the poker room. From the table, you are able to call over cocktail service, porters, and food servers.
100 tables for cash games; 50 for tournaments, plus 30 in overflow room.
Check cashing: must be approved.
