EBH management just don't get it. They appear to be making incremental changes that are not addressing any of the problems. The main problem is hours, rake and number of tables. They have done nothing as far as hours and rake. Not having weekend play is a total joke. Then there is the ridiculous $10 rake, the worst in the country. That is just an embarrassment. There is no reason to have a rake that high. It is evident that they have no regard for their customers. 15 tables now? Not even going to go there. Maybe a change of management is what they need. Never seen a casino run so bad. Sad thing is that it started off great. Now it is a disaster.
