While most dealers are good at the mechanics of dealing, they are NOT properly trained on the many other aspects of the game, nor do they care to intervene when certain antics start taking place at the tables. Simply put, there are only TWO dealers who would take control of their table, if controversy arises.
Also on this note, 90% of the poker supervisors (aka 'management') are completely clueless of what's taking place in their poker room and they just show up for their paycheck and can't wait to go on their break.
Sadly, this is the only public poker room in a 'world class city' such as Vancouver...
They have a very very long way to go to catch up to the proper poker rooms such as Playground Poker or many US states card rooms.
