While playing 1/2 a player takes $25 in reds to bet. The player never verbalized $30 and proceeds to reach back in his stack to add a five dollar chip to the bet. We are heads up and I tell the dealer it should be 25. The dealer then tells me "there is no hard betting line" so the players bet is legal. When I ask for a floor, he says the floor is in the box. Basically he is the judge and jury! I tried to tell him about forward motion, which in my 10years of dealing has been a universal rule everywhere. APPARENTLY NOT HERE!!
