On arrival staff at reception were okay, but for my first visit, I would've hoped for a little more.
I made my way to the Poker room and there was no one for me to be attended with although there was a guy on a desk outside the room he just smiled and put his head down no help.
Eventually, I was attended with and sent Away to the cash desk and she was no help whatsoever either.
The tournament and the staff were very poor on the whole , very much doubt I will go back
