I have been a party to multiple bad floor callings by their own admittance. Having dealers that came to audition only ! Where asked asked to jump in and deal IMMEDIATELY ! With that being said a proficient dealer and a dealer that knows the procedures of the room are different .
In a nut shell , they are putting unqualified people in charge of your money. This starts from the top and trickles down . Be consistent and make sure your people are trained properly . It's disrespectful to your customers and truly shows what you think of them ...snh
