I've played about 6 sessions here now since their reopening after the covid shutdown and it remains one of the best poker rooms on the East Coast. Games are 7-handed with plexiglass dividers right now and the staff is doing a tremendous job of enforcing safety measures while still creating as close to a normal poker experience as possible. Drink service is still stellar as well. The one unfortunate update is that the poker room cage now closes at night so you have to go back to the middle of the casino to cash out, although I of course completely understand the necessity to do that with budget cuts.
Their selection of games is pretty much unrivaled in the tri-state area. Dealers and staff are always professional and I've never had an issue with unfair decisions being made on hands. Wait lists can be long, but they do a great job of managing it (they also now have text service so you no longer have to wait by the board for your name to be called). Their poker series are always great and attract an excellent mix of professional, recreational and amateur players (here's hoping they can resume sometime in 2021).
My only real complaint has nothing to do with the poker room itself, but rather that they opened the sportsbook and bar right next to it, so if you're playing at the front of the room while there's a game going on, get ready for a lot of really loud distractions happening next door. But all in all, it's a must-stop for any serious or recreational player on the East Coast. An extremely well-run room that gives great action no matter what skill or money level you're at.
