The players were running the game. The poor dealers had no control of the table. Management would just give in to the complaints even if it was against the standard rules of poker. If the dealer tried to do the right thing the players would ridicule him.
To fix it the management should make it clear the the dealer runs the table and management decisions are final.
Nothing I saw effected me other than cutting hands per hours practically in half.
