Masks just became optional which boosted the morale of the staff. Staff morale and happiness took a big hit due to covid In many ways so a bit of relief in this one area is a positive. Staff used to be A++ but many of them quit.
Food situation is currently awful.
Dealers are decent in skill, there's 1 or 2 that are horrible skill wise but they are great people which makes up for it, unless you sit there like a bump on a log and don't interact with anyone in any way.
Management, meaning floor employees also took a morale hit but hopefully things get better. Still extremely friendly and great people.
There are a lot of people that don't really know what they are doing to be honest and part of that is due to loss of staff via covid but the people are great. As long as you have great people then you're golden for the most part.
