Not disputing the account, but in Las Vegas (all poker rooms), that is definitely a call unless a raise is announced at the same time. Just in case I play poker in Ohio, does tossing in an oversized chip automatically signify a raise? Do you have to say "call" if you toss in an oversized chip if that's actually what you want to do? Or is this a spring breaker at his first live poker table :) ?
