First and foremost, action is solid. Staff are rude - don't care, will ignore you unless you grab their attention. Dealers rarely say "thank you" when tipping. The whole attitude of the staff is that we should feel honored they allow you the privilege to play. The check-in and cashiers cage are completely mismanaged AND misdesigned. Expect loooooooong lines/waits for a seat, AND to cash out.
