This is my overall review for the poker room after playing consistently for a couple of months. Some dealers have a bad attitude towards players and constantly chirps while dealing. I don't mind them talking while dealing if they can keep the game going without interruptions. However, it bothers me to wait on a dealer to control the game because he's too busy having a conversation with a players at the table, to follow and direct the game in a timely manner. The brush are too slow to change money to chips. Most floor supervisors are good at working however a couple of them are too lazy to do actual work. Floor supervisors and dealers are too lenient about players using profanity and badgering other players, which in turn promotes hostile poker environments. As a result, nice players are constantly get bullied by rude aggressive and even hostile players. Cocktail waitress are good at their job. They don't allow food eating at the table, which is silly. There's no poker room in the whole country that I know of, that doesn't allow eating at the table. Most phone chargers connected at the tables don't work. And if they dm do work, it takes 5 hours to charge my phone to 10 percent. Overall, this poker room needs to be whipped into shape.
