Simply the worst tournament poker room I've ever played in. Exactly one monitor showing the timer, using either an old version of the software or with most handy features crippled. Worn out felt tables, sticky tournament chips, no shuffle machines, dealers who cannot count chips, crappy chairs, stingy payout to only 10% of entries, posted not on the screen but on a paper handed to each dealer, hand written payout system unable to handle chops properly. Took 45 minutes to process a multi-way chop. Even though I won, I will never go back.
