I came here on vacation to play slots and poker. When I got to the room it wasn't too bad, limit was fun. The issues I experienced almost immediately were about phones. Dealers have no idea how to actually handle hands. I was using my phone before a dealer pitched the cards and he chastised me for it so I put it away. A new dealer replaced him shortly after and when I was using my phone before she pitched the cards she took my cards away without any kind of warning. I called the floor over and asked him for clarification because another player was using his phone just as I was but didn't get his cards taken away. When the floor was explaining it to me the dealer, Nora, tried to interrupt and talk down to me. Nora is garbage at handling situations, she should be fired for her inability to deal with guests properly. This room would be much better if not for Nora treating guests like trash and being holier than thou. Get rid of Nora and this room would improve. Overall, these dealers wouldn't survive anywhere except Eagle Pass, this place treats their dealers with kids gloves when real rooms actually have situations where dealers need to be in control. Now I know that dealers here at Kickapoo can't handle a real poker table, oh well.
