Candidly, the closure of Rounders is regrettable, but the Lodge aims to ameliorate the situation. I understand that establishing a presence in a new city can be challenging, and while this may not have been an ideal start, it is unrealistic to expect universal satisfaction. Nonetheless, it is essential to strive for customer satisfaction, particularly during the initial launch phase. I am hopeful that in the near future, improvements will be made to ensure a more positive experience, with a focus not solely on profit maximization.
