i would put zero stars but yelp doesn't give you the option so hence the one star. The place is a REFRIGERATOR, if you want to be freezing playing poker go there. We all had jackets at the table but they had the AC so strong that it didn't matter if you were wearing a jacket. At my table we all complained but they wouldn't listen. The whole poker table complained again with a different manager that was just starting his shift and he said that he couldn't do anything about the AC. He moved all of us to a different table but that didn't solve the problem because the whole room was FREEZING. I guess THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS at all. I am just really hoping that I don't get sick after tonight but would be surprised if I don't. Outside the casino was cold so it was moronic to have the AC so cool inside the casino and more so when your customers are telling you that it is too cold and your only answer is that you can't do anything about it, REALLY? Are you kidding me? I guess they don't care about the people giving them business. It was the first and my last time that I set foot in there. Never going back. There are better places like Pechanga Casino where their room is comfortable and they do care about their customers.
