PH has a nicely designed room. The decor is nice, and the dealers uniforms are among the least embarrassing that I saw on my recent trip. The tables are in great shape. It is not totally enclosed, but you it feels like a room without totally giving up the railbird/casino potential.
There were a few fairly skilled players but they were easy to recognize. In the main, the players were weak passives.
Good dealers. Would have gotten a five if I hadn't seen a few of them rolling their eyes at each other during shift changes...
Drinks came. Not lightning fast, but not slow either.
Management greeted with a smile and helped out whenever necessary.
