Visited your Poker room today for the monthly $340 NLH tournament, had a great time. Very well structured blinds, fun personable players, and good staff. The absolute unsung hero of this room was the house man Matt. This guy jumps through hoops of fire all night to keep things running almost seamlessly. Housing, running, chips, running the cage, dealing, and even bussing the tables. Whatever you're paying him its not even half what he is worth. So impressed! Every other room in Alberta would have at least 4 people doing his job. If anyone from Casino management reads these you need to know if you lose this guy that beautiful, expensive Poker room will likely fall apart at least for awhile. Honestly never been here before never met anyone from this Casino. Just observed a staggering performance by a stranger and wanted to say thanks.
