not a good vibe

No way to contact the poker room. Number listed on poker atlas is not working. Casino cannot route your call to the poker room.
Saw a 5/10 game running and when I showed to play, it was a 2/5 instead of 5/10 even though it is listed as 5/10 with buy in stacks. If you are looking for action games, this is not the place.

    Unfortunately we did have some technical issues with the phone which have now been resolved and our direct line is working. I personally tested it myself before writing this. The 5/10 is a scheduled game with scheduled players but is open to everyone. It looks like the game played from 7pm to midnight and then went to a 1/3 when the 5/10 closed. Finally, yes, 20 days in, we have some dealers that are new and continue to get better every day. We hope you will give us another chance now that our phone is working.

Mon–Fri | Daily | Live Raked Texas Hold’em Games (Start June 1st)

Players can earn the posted jackpot by completing a flush in each suit (4 total flushes) within the qualifying period.

Eligibility and Rules:
• Must be in a live raked Texas Hold’em game
• Pot must have $15+ (including rake/collections)
• Minimum 4 players dealt in
• Player must call all bets through showdown
• At least one hole card must be used
• Cards released before showdown void the hand
• Texas Hold’em only (no other variants)
• Determination and scheduling subject to Poker Room Management

Payouts are awarded in live chips equal to the posted jackpot amount.
A player completes a win after all four suit flushes are achieved within the qualifying period. Multiple daily wins allowed after reset.
All progress resets daily at 2:00 AM.
