Not impressed with the dealers or this poker room. I had a dealer tell me I couldn't buy the blind and had to wait. Then the dealer changed and another player was allowed to buy the blind. Inconsistent dealer. Secondly I had a female dealer deal me a queen and a four of diamonds. I folded and mucked it preflop. Then someone the flop came out with my exact two cards. Either this was a grave mistake or they are doing something dirty. I wouldn't trust this poker room. Oh lastly the guy running the tables had me pay him to buy in, so I handed him a 50, two 20s and a 10. Which is 100 he then told me that the table buy in has to be minimum of 100. I think the staff and management are incompetent and I wouldn't recommend this card room.

I would like to address your review. I am not sure if you know or not but we opened Tuesday and of course are going to be a little rough to start. Our dealers will in fact get better and we would appreciate a little patience while we build and grow.
I would also like to let you know our shuffle machines are highly regulated by the gaming commission and have the capability to detect duplicate or missing cards and do not allow the shuffle to continue if anything is incorrect in the card count. These shufflers are widely used in poker rooms and table games across the world.
