Staff are seriously the nicest. You need a question answered they are there to help. I was nervous my first time going to the poker room (first time playing live poker) went to ask the poker "pit boss" cant remember his name but he was a gentleman. Didnt make me feel unwanted or anything felt right at home. Told me where to go what table to sit at and what to do when I get there
