Out of the 3 places left to play in Deadwood this one by far is the best. It is the only place in town that plays a No Limit game. There is always a game going Fridays and Saturdays and probably others too if enough people in town via the week. They offer a variety of others but this is the only one I prefer and as long as there are people playing at least one dealer will stay until no one wants to play. Sun run anyone? All dealers are friendly, fun and professional, some have over 30 years of experience. When there are tournaments there are free food for players. Always free drinks. They also give you $2.00 hr comps, 4x better than the other rooms. Sometimes $25 hot seat promos, check their FB. Large multiscreen TVs show all the sports and are easy to see. Bad Beat is a hard one, need Quads or better beaten with pocket pairs only counting for Quads and at least $20 in the pot. Tables and chairs could use an update but auto shufflers allow for at least 25 hands per hour. Table 2 needs new lighting, it's like the sun is beating down on you so wear a hat. No cell phones at the tables. Rake is $7 which includes the promos.
Don't even bother looking elsewhere unless you want to play crappy spread limit games at the other two. Which surprising only still exists in Deadwood and maybe Minnesota? So if you want to play "real" NL poker, with an awesome experienced dealer crew this is your place. I give it an A+ for Deadwood.
