Overall this room is worthwhile, 24 hour action, lots of tables, games and limits to choose from. A wide range of skill level at the tables. The bad beat jackpot gets hit a lot AAATT beat by quads or better. One negative is the rake, about 50 percent more than most Vegas rooms.
The players Club card system they use is horrible, I have lost many hours/comp dollars because it just does not work, and they cant seem to manage a simple way to make corrections, it takes 15 minutes at the poker rooms supervisors desk while he fills out PAPER forms with a computer in front of him......... then you wait for many days for the corrections. It can take an hour or more to get food/service at the table. The dealers and floor and for the most part good and professional, there are at least 3 dealers that are horrible; as in : slow, error prone or rude. Overall still a good place to play.
