I wanted to thank Mike and staff that worked on Saturday night shift for taking the time to help me look for my phone. I thought I had left it at the poker room, and everyone went above and beyond by checking around the room and even reviewing the security cameras to try to locate it.
As it turned out, I had simply misplaced it at home. Even though it wasn’t there, I really appreciated the professionalism, patience, and willingness of everyone to help.
Customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed, and I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated it.
