I tried almost full year to make this place a go spending 100's of hours and $$$$ playing there. Open less than a year and they are on their now 4th new upper level manager, what a bad joke. Over half of employees were eliminated in mid Jan. 25. Haven't had viable tournaments for months now. They charge for table time and then supposedly give you comps to spend for food/drinks then later turn around and blame Poker Atlas for listing incorrect credits and then they take away large portion of your non spent comp $$$. They charged me 4% surcharge on food/drinks calling it Credit Card fee when only cash was used to pay for time. Further they charged Texas Sales tax on the surcharge fee. Yes I have documentable proof this scam. The facility is very nice, dealers and food/drink service folks are good, poker players are friendly, food is good but all that should be expected at any poker room and you should not be conned with table time comp fees being taken.
Yes Mr. Owner, I did find new spot to play which is almost every other poker house in San Antonio. Recommend all poker players in SA do same!
