I played a tournament with a man who acted like the table captain while continually breaking the rules. It turns out that he plays there quite a bit and likes to show his cards to other regulars. It is allowed because he is related to the cfo. I know this because he said it to my face. when i asked him what he would do if i called the floor on his rampant softplay, he said "go ahead, i basicaly run this place, and all floor calls will be in my favor."
Floridas gaming commision is all but useless, and will probably ignore my complaint, so play at your own risk!!
