Sitting next to a woman with no mask but wearing a face-shield. Then she starts coughing and unable to cover her mouth, because of the shield, a player opposite her and I looked at her and you can see water or what ever coming out of her mouth. Disgusting!! Spoke with Management Vinny and Robert and they didn't see anything wrong because " she doesn't have to wear a mask " how sick is that! So I proceeded to de-sanitize the rail. This needs to be changed! ASAP.
