If Silks was a business relying on service and quality, it would have been out of business. It's poorly run from the top down. Usually when business are run they normally strive for excellence. Most people who play there know each other and the dealers. Complaints to management go nowhere as the status quo is just fine. The dealers are fine. It's the efficiency of how this place is run. The federal government is more efficient than Silks and management. Save your money. Go elsewhere. I will no longer be visiting your place of business.
