Usually, I am a strip player. $1-$2NL at MGM, Bally's, Excalibur or Mirage. However, I get tired of seeing all the other locals descend on these casinos on the weekends. So, I tried going the other way the last couple of weekends, by playing at Red Rock. I forgot what a nice room it is! It is beatable, has nice decor, has numerous tables for table-hopping, the cocktail waitress are great to look at and the dealers are some of the best around. Particularly great are Micki and Sandy, who can deal, run the game and be personable. Being next door to the SportsBook isn't bad either.
