Absolute worst place I have played since moving to Houston two months ago. Both tournament and cash terrible experience. DO NOT play here.
Tournament:
1. 103 entries for their $30k tournament, prize pool should have been $30,900 but they showed $30,600. Floor tried telling me the individual prizes added up to $30,900. They did not. When I complained to one of the owners he said “we never make the guarantee on our nightlys, we took a bit more to cover them this time”.
2. Once I further complained they were stealing $300, they added it as a bubble money payout of $300, for a $360 entry tournament, instead of adjusting payouts
Cash (1/3 PLO, 2 hours)
1. They illegally rake the poker game. They take $10 out of every pot instead of collecting time.
2. Dealer gave a pot to the wrong person, having to call floor and 5 minute review
3. When a third PLO table opened up, they changed the two must move games, into 3 separate tables. Losing my spot as first to move to main game. Unbelievable.
4. Floor made a terrible one chip call. Guy called with a $25 chip, buddy of the owner, floor ruled it as raise of $25 with no announcement of raise
5. They let a “fun” player move from the 1/3 PLO main game to a new 1/3 PLO game about to start
